Each of our themed rooms offers two log-framed beds (queen or double), alarm clock, personal safe.
Each bathrooms offers thick towels, blow dryer, bath soap and shampoo, tissues and reading material.
Our two living areas (one up, one down) offer satellite TV, comfortable couches, games, magazines and bookshelves. The upper level lounge has a DVD player with selection of music DVDs; a CD player with selection of music; and a woodburning stove. Wood is provided complimentary to guests.
Guests are invited to use the laundry facilities at no charge, if needed. Detergent & softener are provided.
A gear room with outside entrance is supplied for angling guests, complete with boot dryer and rod racks.
Our deck is ideal for watching the sunset over the historic Bozeman Trail.
The house is located on the very outer edge of Fort Smith, adjacent to National Park Service. It is within walking distance of fly shops and Yellowtail Market, and within minutes to the river and boat launches.

To rent the entire house for your party on a no-host basis, email or phone us for rates and availability. Meals are served family style. Dinner entrees differs nightly and can be tailored to guest preferences if arranged in advance. Most entrees are prepared on the grill. Entree selections might include Filet Mignon, New York Strip, Wild Alaska Salmon, Glazed Ham with Country Fixin's, Roast Chicken with Grand Marnier Sauce and more.
Lunches are offered riverside. Hot lunches may be requested early and late season, when portable grills/fires are allowed on the river. Hot meal entrees might include wild venison or goose brats with Bourben beans, venison or antelope burritos. Typical summer season lunch will include a large sandwich, salad, chips and a sumptuous dessert.

1 - Excellent fly fishing:
The Bighorn is flowing at 6500 cfs. The fishing is very good. Nymph fishing has been excellent and those anglers looking for dry fly action have had very good success! Baetis hatches in the afternoons and good midge hatches in the evenings.
