Robert's reports

Robert Clark (Bobby) reported - 2 - Good fly fishing on the Williams River (C&R), West Virginia
Had an excellent day, caught nine real nice trout off of williams , and then fished some native streams and caught another 29. The last few fish I caught were wild browns two miles from the nearest road. awesome! (06/01/08)
Robert Clark (Bobby) reported - 2 - Good fly fishing on the Cherry River (North Fork), West Virginia
fish the pockets and water that is normally ankle deep (05/18/08)
Robert Clark (Bobby) reported - 2 - Good fly fishing on the Cranberry River, West Virginia
Fished Cranberry backcountry Friday. The fishing started out slow, around noon we started picking a few fish off here and there with a light wing elk hair caddis. Fished up Dogway creek, and caught several pretty brookies on a little smaller caddis dry. (12/30/08)

Hey Bobby, how have you been? I'm getting geared up for steelhead and thought of you the other day. Temps have been pretty cold up here so we're hoping for a trip in February. Hope you are doing well and the fish are plentiful in your great state. That october rainbow is a pig! My family and I might be coming down in June to camp, white water raft, and hopefully fish. Maybe I'll get a chance to stop and say hi. Blessings. Tim Peterson (4/30/11)

It was great to hear from you. Everything here is going great. I have not done very much fishing in the last couple of months. I am finishing up my resp. Therapy degree, so school work has kept me really busy. I wish when you were here I would have taken you to a good native stream instead of cranberry. Oh well, it was fun and it is hard to fish a small stream with more than two people anyway. Hopefully I will see you when you get here. Tight lines, Robert Clark (4/30/11)

Hi Bobby, Hope you're doing well. Knee deep in snow up here in Michigan but looking forward to chasing some chrome soon. Might be coming down to your neck of the woods in the spring. My wife has taken interest in fly fishing and I'm getting her set up. Thought a long weekend together in WV might be just perfect! Happy new year! Tim (4/30/11)

Bobby, hope this note finds you well. Are you all done with school now? Still in Summersville, WV? I would imagine you have joined the ranks of working world but hopefully still have time to chase those native brookies. I haven't been fishing much yet this year, spring has been delayed with crummy weather, but it's starting to break for us. Blessings. Tim (5/23/11)
